In July 2003 I moved to the University of King's College, where I am President and Vice-Chancellor . . . I am also a professor in the English Department of Dalhousie University . . . Before I moved to Halifax, I spent seventeen happy years in the English Department at Memorial University of Newfoundland, in St John's.
