Sat: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.Sept. 28: Reminder: The postmark deadline for registration is Oct. 1. After that date, fees increase. Use the form below for registration.
Below is the registration form for the conference, as a form-fillable *.pdf. This means that you can type your information on to the form directly on your computer and then print it off to mail (you cannot save the form with your information, however).
Please fill out the form, and send it with your cheque or money order, postmarked by Oct. 1st, 2007, to:
