Instructions from the residence accommodations service at Dalhousie.

I have placed a hold on a block of 10

single rooms in Howe Hall for arrival August 6, 2009 and departing August

10, 2009.  It is understood that your delegates will be responsible for

reserving their own rooms from this block and for payment upon arrival.

Please ask your delegates to advise our Reservationist that they are

booking from the Department of Philosophy block when they call or email to

book.  We will hold these rooms until 30 days prior to arrival (July 6th,

2009) after which time any rooms not picked up will be released back into

our open inventory.
